Subject: Garden Share

I was wondering whether Ann Donlan was still interested in the garden share? I am a support worker for Retford Young Persons Housing scheme and I am trying to get the children involved in a garden project. Is the garden in or near Retford? Contact me at Emma.Davy@ncha.org.uk

Subject: Garden Share

I have a largish garden which I do not have the time to make the best use of. I am willing to share produce and the buying of seeds and wonder if anyone on your allotment waiting list would be interested in a discussion about how we could help each other.

Subject: Fires On Allotments

Whilst bonfires are permitted on all our Council Allotment sites, we do ask that our tenants follow a 'respect' policy with regards to nearby properties by taking into account weather conditions and wind direction. For example, if the weather is mild and residents have open windows, washing on the line or it is evident that they are spending time outdoors then we would expect allotment tenants to refrain from lighting fires. All new tenants are provided with written guidelines when they are issued with their Tenancy Agreements.
