Whole Council Elections 2015

On the 5th March 2015 an Extraordinary Meeting of the Council agreed to change Bassetlaw District Council elections scheme.

This means that instead of voting for a third of Councillors most years, all the District Councillors will be up for election in May 2015 and serve for four years.

This also impacts on Town and Parish Council elections in the district of Bassetlaw.  All Parish Councillors will also have to stand for election in May and also serve until 2019.
