Sheffield City Region have launched the first call for projects through the Growth Programme funding to help projects in Sheffield City Region and the overlap areas create jobs and increase the rural economy growth. These grants are funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) to support investments in micro and small rural businesses that are aiming to grow and create new jobs.

Grants available are from £35,000 up to approximately £140,000 full details on eligibility and application process can be accessed by visiting the GOV.UK website and visiting the SME support: call in Sheffield City Region page.
