What is Anti-Social Behaviour?
The Government defines anti-social behaviour as
"Behaviour which caused or is likely to cause,
harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the
same household"
(Crime and Disorder Act, 1998)
As such, Anti-social behaviour may include
- Harassment
- Joyriding
- Verbal abuse
- Begging
- Criminal Damage
- Vandalism
- Noise Nuisance
- Throwing Missiles
- Graffiti
- Assault
- Vehicle Crime
- Engaging in threatening behaviour in large groups
- Racial Abuse
- Smoking or Drinking whilst under age
- Substance Misuse
- Intimidating Behaviour
- Drug Dealing
