Please complete this form if you suspect that a person is committing a Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit Fraud. Please supply as much detail as possible.

We look in to all allegations of fraud but those with the greatest of detail are given priority. The referral can be anonymous but you can give your details if you wish. Your referral will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
