Council Granted Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction against Nigel Bradford

Bassetlaw District Council has successfully obtained an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction against Nigel Bradford following a number of incidences of Anti-Social Behaviour including throwing stones, shouting abuse and a threat of violence.

The Order granted by a District Judge at Mansfield Magistrates Court and served by the Councils Anti-Social Behaviour Officers means that Mr Nigel Bradford is forbidden from (whether by himself or by instructing or encouraging or permitting any other person) from:

  •  Entering or being in Radford Street, Worksop, Nottingham S80 2NE

This order is in place until 4pm on the 1st June 2012.

In conjunction with this order, the District Judge felt it was appropriate to issue a power of arrest to the above paragraphs to run for the full length of the Order.

The Court also gave a costs order against Mr Bradford in the sum of £244.50.

A council spokesman said:

“Anti-Social Behaviour can have a significant detrimental impact on a person’s quality of life.  Bassetlaw District Council will not tolerate Anti-Social Behaviour and we will actively pursue those responsible through all available means.”
