In absence of Bassetlaw Citizen Panel we
approached Sarah Carter to see if an online survey was
possible.

How did we do it?
|
On-line questionnaire over a period of several
months and staff attended the “Get to know your Council” event in
Retford to interview the public of Bassetlaw who attended.

How did we follow up the feedback we
received?
|
We used the feedback to improve the marketing
of our service to increase the public of Bassetlaw’s understanding
and awareness of what we do. We will also use the information on
the Olympics into account when we are looking at events in the
Olympic year.
